Pay: $25 -$30/hr.
Shift:
- 1st shift (Monday–Thursday, (5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
- 2nd shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.) with a shift differential of .50c
- A weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) with an enhanced shift differential of $3
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned production lines and equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting parts, machinery, and systems.
- Set up production lines and equipment efficiently, completing required setups with minimal follow-up and in an expeditious manner.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues as they arise and develop appropriate, timely solutions.
- Recommend improvements for changeovers, operations, product quality, and overall line efficiency.
- Report equipment problems, hazards, concerns, operator errors, and other issues to the Production Supervisor or appropriate personnel as needed.
- Advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics and troubleshoot electrical circuits up to 460V.
- Experience using diagnostic testing equipment for electrical devices.
- Working knowledge of motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and servo drives.

WorkEnvironment
The environment may include temperature extremes, dust, noise, wet conditions, and exposure to hazardous chemicals consistent with a production setting. Personal protective equipment is required and includes, but is not limited to, hairnets, beard nets, and protective eyewear. You work directly on and around production lines and assembly equipment, using tools, diagnostic instruments, and computer systems to support safe and efficient operations.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
