CNC Machine Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality components.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
- Machine operation
- Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-spindle screw machines is preferred

Work in a machine shop environment that is noisy and may involve getting dirty from oils and machine operations. The first shift operates Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm, while the second shift operates Monday to Thursday from 5pm to 5am, with initial training on the first shift for 1-2 months.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
