Laser Operator; All Shifts

Position Summary

The operator is responsible for developing, loading, and modifying programs on personal computers that control highly technical equipment. The operator also performs preventative maintenance as required, works closely with engineers, vendor technicians, and programmers, and trains co‑workers. The role requires fabrication and construction of a diversified line of products to specifications using drawings or prints, ensuring product quality and safe operation.

Training will be provided and the position requires little supervision.

• Basic programming experience with laser or CNC equipment.
• Physically capable of handling product, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to follow drawings and prints to fabricate components.
• Experience with preventative maintenance tasks.
• Capability to train co‑workers and collaborate with engineering and vendor teams.
• Minimal supervision required.

• 1st shift: $25.22
• 2nd shift: $28.48
• 3rd shift: $28.73
• $1,000 bonus after completion of 90 days of employment (subject to taxes), applicable to new hires only.
