Production Manager

We're looking for a Production Manager to lead multiple production areas, develop frontline leaders, and ensure safe, efficient operations that deliver exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead and coach Production Area Managers and production teams
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and HR
• Use data to improve throughput, capacity, and operational performance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong background in production operations, continuous improvement, and team development
• Experience managing complex manufacturing environments (ERP experience, Epicor a plus)
