Assembly Team Lead

The Assembly Team Lead helps keep production running safely, on time, and with high quality. This role supports the team on the floor, helps solve problems, and keeps work moving smoothly during the shift. You will guide team members, answer questions, and make sure work meets company standards.

What You'll Do:

• Support and guide assembly team members during the shift
• Help set up equipment and fix simple production issues
• Make sure work stays on schedule and meets quality standards
• Monitor the production floor and adjust work as needed
• Train employees and answer questions
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
• Work with Quality and Maintenance to reduce downtime
• Follow safety rules and report hazards
• Complete production paperwork accurately
• Communicate any delays or issues to leadership

• Ability to read schedules and simple drawings

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

Work Environment & Physical Needs:

• Manufacturing floor environment
• Standing and walking most of the day
• Lifting up to 40 pounds
• Bending, reaching, and using stairs as needed
