Position: Batch Machine Operator (Overnights)

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Batch Machine Operator to join our Finishing team! What You’ll Do

As a Batch Machine Operator, you'll operate and monitor batch processing equipment while ensuring production accuracy, product quality and efficient workflow. You'll work closely with production teams to maintain high performance, minimize downtime and support continuous manufacturing operations.

Additional Duties and

Responsibilities Include:
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust batch processing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns when needed.
  • Inspect skids, labels, serial numbers, colors, form numbers, payouts and win codes for accuracy.
  • Review production documentation and follow special instructions for each production run.
  • Wrap and prepare finished products according to customer and production specifications.
  • Record production activity, complete shift reports and maintain accurate logs.
  • Re-case returned products and assist with inventory management.
  • Train designated backup operators to support operational continuity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
  • Communicate production issues, quality concerns and equipment needs with supervisors and team members.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

  • Two (2) to three (3)+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, adjust and troubleshoot production equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately.
  • Basic computer skills with experience entering production data.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to learn new equipment, processes and technology.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to train and support team members when needed.
  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation establishing identity and employment eligibility as required by federal law.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
