Are you an experienced in fabrication with strong leadership skills? We are seeking an area supervisor-fabrication to lead production teams, ensure quality workmanship, and support the safe and efficient manufacturing of customer products.

• Lead and support fabrication employees to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, and production schedules.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Assist the fabrication team on the shop floor as needed and help resolve production issues.
• Train, coach, and develop employees while maintaining high quality standards.

• Oversee press brake, laser, water jet, saw, and paint/coating operations.
• Ensure efficient workflow and coordination across all fabrication processes.
• Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and on-time production.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

• Fabrication and manufacturing experience required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
