Fabricator Machine Operator

We are seeking a Fabricator Machine Operator in Omaha, NE to set up, adjust, and operate fabrication equipment to produce metal components according to blueprints, specifications, and work orders. This role is responsible for maintaining safe operations, quality standards, and accurate production records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practice the highest degree of safety when performing essential duties of his position.
• Read and interpret parts drawings, process routings, and production requirement information.
• Operate fabrication equipment includes press brakes, rollers, punch presses, sanders, drills, grinders, shears, saws, and other fabrication machinery.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, rules, squares, angle gages, and height gages.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic math skills including dimensions, quantities, metric conversions, algebra, and geometry.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, diligence, and time management skills.
• Welding experience is a plus, but not required.
