Assembly Technician Job Description
In this role, you will spend the first half of your day assembling stamps and the second half sending out assembled stamps for custom orders. This position involves working in the ink department, where you may get ink on your hands that could stain. A strong sense of detail is required to ensure accuracy and quality in your work.
Responsibilities- Assemble stamps according to specifications.
- Send out assembled stamps for custom orders.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure quality control.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed.
- Manage inventory and participate in shipping and receiving duties.
- Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience.
- At least 6 months of quality assurance experience.
- Minimum of 6 months of production experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with quality control processes.
- Familiarity with assembly production techniques.
- Competency in using hand and power tools.

Work EnvironmentWork indoors in a climate-controlled setting, with the exception of the third floor, which is not in use. The shift runs from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The dress code allows for jeans, tennis shoes, and short sleeves.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
