Job Requirements:

Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and follow written work instructions. Basic computer skills for entering and tracking production or quality information. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, twist, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety and product quality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Job Summary:

Operate plastics manufacturing equipment according to established work instructions and safety procedures. Load, unload, sort, stage, and transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products throughout production. Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications. Monitor machine performance and report equipment or process issues to supervisors. Complete basic production and quality documentation using computer systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.

Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures. Meet daily production and productivity goals while adapting to changing manufacturing priorities. Assist with material handling, storage, and inventory movement as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to efficient production operations.
