Production Generalist

Position: Production Generalist I-
Our client, a leading plastics manufacturing company, is seeking a  
** Machine Operator
** to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting manufacturing and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18.00 - $20.16 per hour, depending on shift assignment and applicable shift differential.

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate plastics manufacturing equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards.

+ Load, unload, sort, stage, and move raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.

+ Inspect plastic parts for quality, dimensions, defects, and compliance with specifications.

+ Monitor machine performance, identify basic equipment issues, and communicate concerns to leadership.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting daily production goals and production schedules.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Ability to use basic computer systems to enter and track production and quality information.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds.

+ Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
