Our client,
in Omaha, a leading plastics manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator , you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Omaha, NE Pay Range
- 1st Shift: 18.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: 19.44/hour (18.00 + 8% shift differential)
- 3rd Shift: 20.16/hour (18.00 + 12% shift differential)
- Operate plastics manufacturing equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards.
- Load, unload, sort, stage, and move materials throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, defects, and specification compliance.
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment or process concerns to leadership.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting daily production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service.
- Ability to use basic computer systems to track production and quality information.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.
- Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
- Competitive pay of 18.00 per hour - shift differential - 2nd & 3rd

Shifts: - 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Friday
- Tuesday - 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM | Thursday
- Monday - 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM | Sunday Night
