Description Days & HoursMonday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm. Hours are based on business needs.

Responsibilities & Duties- Pulls, assembles, and packs customer orders into master cases based on work copies. Labels shipping containers and stages them appropriately for shipment (racks or pallets). Records weight and counts for all outgoing orders accurately. Visually inspects packed orders for packaging defects or damage to ensure product quality.
- Receives, inspects, and verifies incoming goods for damage, accuracy, and adherence to specifications (weights and temperature requirements). Matches shipments against manifests and purchase orders; enters receiving data into system. Loads outgoing shipments based on destination, schedule, and handling needs. Completes required documentation for both incoming and outgoing shipments, including returns.
- Inspects all shipping containers for defects or issues that could affect product integrity. Ensures safe operation of tools and power equipment used in shipping, receiving, and order assembly.
- Assists with physical inventory and cycle counts. Supports cleanup, organization, and other duties as assigned. Collaborates with team members across departments to maintain workflow and resolve discrepancies.
- Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.
- Able to operate a computer.
- Ability to operate a power jack, forklift, strapping machine, calculator, scale and shrink-wrap machine.
- Proper personal protective equipment must be worn at all times, i.e., freezer suits/gloves, bump cap, hair net, frock.
- 6 months experience in forklift driving, inventory and assembly.
- Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Close attention to detail required when monitoring shipments, inspecting packages and dealing with inventory levels and product codes.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal directions accurately.
- Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination required in all aspects of the job.
