We are seeking an experienced Trading Product Marketing
- Digital Assets, Senior Manager
to lead and drive the strategic marketing efforts for Schwab’s key product offerings within the evolving Digital Assets ecosystem. This role demands a visionary leader who can develop comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee their execution, manage a high-performing team (including a to-be-hired Sr. Specialist), and report on overall business performance. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Schwab’s position in the Digital Assets market, deepening client relationships, and ensuring our relevance among highly engaged, self-directed investors.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Vision:
    • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end go-to-market strategies for Digital Assets, ensuring strong alignment with overarching business objectives and segment priorities.
    • Define and champion product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates Schwab’s value proposition and deeply resonates with target segments of active traders and self-directed investors.
    • Mentor and manage a team, including a Sr. Specialist, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Drive the ongoing evolution of our Digital Assets marketing strategy based on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client insights.
  • Audience Insights & Market Intelligence:
    • Lead the strategic data analysis and interpretation of audience segments, active traders, and self-directed investors to uncover key insights for impactful marketing activation.
    • Oversee comprehensive market trend analysis and competitive intelligence gathering, translating findings into actionable strategic recommendations for senior leadership and the team.
    • Identify and cultivate opportunities for deepening client relationships and expanding Schwab’s market share within Digital Assets.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution Oversight:
    • Own the strategic planning and oversight of marketing plans for new product launches and feature enhancements within the Digital Assets space.
    • Establish and maintain robust communication channels and strategic collaboration frameworks between Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
    • Direct the coordination with partners in Retail Acquisition to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution and optimization.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution across multiple cross-functional teams.
    • Develop, maintain, and proactively communicate project timelines, key milestones, and critical dependencies to all relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership.
    • Oversee the provision of marketing updates to Field Enablement, ensuring front-line teams are comprehensively prepared for client conversations and equipped with necessary resources.
  • Campaign Management & Innovation:
    • Lead the design and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns specifically tailored to active traders and self-directed investors for Digital Assets.
    • Guide the development and review of compelling marketing briefs and campaign assets, ensuring brand consistency and strategic intent.
    • Foster strong collaboration with colleagues in Trader Marketing to ensure Digital Asset marketing plans are seamlessly integrated within broader client experiences.
  • Client Engagement & Advocacy:
    • Develop and oversee strategies designed to nurture clients through their adoption of digital assets, effectively highlighting features of interest and optimizing pathways to Trader Sales and Service teams.
