The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in bringing the firm’s brand to life through compelling content, thoughtful design, and consistent visual storytelling. This position focuses on creating, designing, and coordinating marketing materials across digital, print, and internal platforms in support of business development initiatives.
Working closely with attorneys, practice groups, and the Director of Business Development & Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator executes day-to-day marketing activities that strengthen the firm’s visibility, professionalism, and brand consistency. This is a non-management role ideal for a creative professional who enjoys balancing design, writing, and collaboration in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Skills & Qualifications Required Skills- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating with attorneys and non-creative stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required; Acrobat).
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) for website updates.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Linked In, etc.) and content scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
, especially PowerPoint and Word. - Experience with email marketing platforms and digital newsletters is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred).
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or design-focused roles preferred.
