Department: Client Services / Marketing / Creative (based on placement)
Program Dates: Approx. May 26, 2026 - August 11, 2026

Hours: Tues - Thurs 8:30 - 5:00 Additional hours as needed
Pay: $17 per hour

The Opportunity

OBI Creative is seeking Paid Summer Agency Interns to join our team for an immersive, hands-on internship experience. This 12-week program offers real-world exposure to marketing strategy, creative development, client services, and performance marketing. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to live client projects, and gain insight into how a modern marketing agency operates.

What You'll Do

• Support account, creative, strategy, and marketing teams with day-to-day project tasks
• Assist with research, reporting, content development, and campaign support
• Participate in brainstorms, team meetings, and project planning sessions
• Help prepare presentations, summaries, and internal documentation
• Collaborate across teams to support client deliverables and timelines
• Learn agency tools, workflows, and marketing best practices

What We're Looking For

• Current Junior or Senior or recent graduate in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field
• Strong curiosity and interest in marketing, advertising, or creative work
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
