As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for social media, email campaigns, internal communications, web content, and promotional materials
- Assist with social media management, including content scheduling, caption writing, coordination with creative assets, and performance tracking
- Help execute and optimize email marketing strategies, including drafting content, coordinating sends, and tracking engagement metrics
- Support the Marketing Director in planning, executing, and coordinating marketing initiatives across multiple channels
- Assist with internal and external campaign launches, including employment branding, events, and company-wide initiatives
- Help maintain brand consistency across messaging, tone, and voice for Supportworks and its portfolio of brands

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content coordination
- A combination of education (marketing, communications, journalism, or related degree preferred) and experience that demonstrates strong marketing fundamentals
- Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative teams and leadership
- Receptive to feedback and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
