As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will partner directly with financial representative/advisors to drive client engagement, lead generation, and business growth. This role blends marketing execution, CRM expertise, and consultative support to help advisors identify opportunities, execute targeted campaigns, and maximize the value of their client relationships.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with both people and technology, takes ownership, and follows through. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy problem‑solving, and have an interest in marketing, data, and business growth. You’re motivated by making an impact and helping others succeed as part of a collaborative team.

This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation, and advisor-facing consulting, with potential for growth within marketing operations and strategy roles.

What We Can Offer You
  • Estimated Salary: $59,800-$70,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze advisor client data to identify targeted marketing opportunities and build high‑quality prospect and cross‑sell lists.
  • Build, manage, and support marketing lists and campaigns within CRM systems.
  • Execute email and print marketing initiatives with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
  • Consult with advisors on marketing strategy, campaign execution, CRM usage, and follow‑up best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance, report insights, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
What You’ll Bring
  • Self‑starter who learns new systems and processes quickly and adapts with ease.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify opportunities and support informed decision‑making.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, customer outreach, or client engagement initiatives with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, analytical, and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Bookings.

  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.
Preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 product suite to include Co‑Pilot.
