We were founded in Lincoln, Nebraska as a small team of two in 2010, offering social media services to brands and athletes. After a decade of growth, we have grown to be a uniquely well-rounded marketing and advertising agency with in-house media, sports, entertainment, and film divisions.
Mergers and acquisitions over the years (with B2 Interactive, Disconnected Media, Digital Hero Films, Victory Fighting Championship, Hail Varsity, and Parkville Media) have grown our team to over 150 people.
We serve over 200 clients who collectively operate in 8 countries, including 43 states in the United States. Our clients range from local businesses just starting to build their brand and online presence to enterprise organizations.
About the Role We're seeking a lead-acquisition-minded Creative Strategist to own the creative engine that does the funnel work across Meta, Demand Gen, and CTV. This role blends creative vision, UGC pipeline operations, and a rigorous testing discipline. Words like creative, analytical, proactive, and conversion-focused describe our ideal candidate. This position reports directly to the Director of Paid Media.
Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
* Lead the development and ongoing evolution of multi-channel creative strategy across paid social, video, and display — ensuring creative is the primary performance lever across the full funnel.
* Translate brand positioning, audience insights, and campaign objectives into compelling creative concepts that drive measurable business outcomes.
* Oversee and manage UGC and creator partnerships — including sourcing, casting, briefing, and quality control — to maintain a consistent and scalable content pipeline.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, account teams, and clients to align creative strategy with campaign goals, budget realities, and platform best practices.
* Establish and maintain a structured creative testing framework, using data to identify winning concepts, optimize messaging, and inform future creative direction.
* Present creative strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
* Stay current on platform trends, creative best practices, and competitive creative landscapes to continuously raise the quality bar.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* 4+ years in performance/social creative strategy with a portfolio of full-funnel and UGC-led work that drove measurable conversion (not just brand lift).
* Proven ability to build and manage UGC creator pipelines at volume and tight unit cost, including sourcing, casting, and versioning.
* A strong instinct for emotional, trust-led messaging in considered, high-empathy purchase journeys.
* Fluency partnering with media buyers on testing frameworks and creative-led optimization.
Nice to Have:
* Experience in emotionally sensitive or regulated categories.
* Familiarity with restricted-category creative constraints.
* Comfort directing both UGC creators and higher-production assets for CTV.
* Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows or tooling.
Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background check.

* Will lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds using safe and proper lifting methods.
