This position supports the local office operations by compiling, formatting, proofreading, editing, and writing information and materials. The role plays a key part in ensuring the office maintains a professional image and effective marketing presence.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities- Identify relevant RFPs and present them to engineers, department managers, and the business development representative.
- Assist in writing, editing, and formatting proposals.
- Prepare marketing materials, including social media content and handwritten notes.
- Attend industry-related events and conferences.
- Maintain promotional inventory (swag, cards, etc.) by checking and replenishing stock.
- Assist in planning client meetings and trade shows by identifying requirements, coordinating logistics, and managing mailing lists.
- Support creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for the company website and social media channels targeting our ideal clients.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Ensure graphic standards are consistently applied to proposals and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update information in the Deltek CRM system.
- Assist in the design and layout of ads and promotional materials.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to communicate and present information effectively.
- Deltek Vantagepoint CRM experience is a plus.
- Experience using InDesign is a plus
- Ability to take initiative with minimal direction
- Ability to prioritize tasks and time management
- Organized and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks
- Preference given to local candidates.

- Frequent sitting for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands for computer keyboard and phone operation.
- Regular verbal communication and active listening.
- Ability to drive a company-owned or personal vehicle for on-site visits.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.
General Requirements- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
