In-House Marketing Manager

Millard Roofing & Gutter (along with our affiliated companies — Millard Window and Door and Millard Siding) is a well-established, growing exterior services company serving the greater Omaha and surrounding Nebraska markets. We specialize in roofing, gutters, windows, siding, and storm restoration work, with a strong focus on insurance claims.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who will own our entire in-house marketing function. This is not a coordinator or support role — you will be responsible for developing strategy, executing campaigns, generating qualified leads, managing our online reputation, and driving measurable revenue impact across all our divisions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own and execute the full marketing strategy for roofing, gutters, windows, doors and siding divisions
• Drive qualified lead generation through Google Ads, SEO, Facebook/Instagram, landing pages, and other digital channels
• Create compelling content (before/after photos, videos, educational pieces on storm damage and the insurance claims process)
• Lead online reputation management
  , including actively generating reviews from satisfied customers, monitoring feedback across platforms, and responding professionally to protect and strengthen our brand
• Manage and optimize our website, Google Business Profile, and overall online presence
• Develop and run email/SMS campaigns to past customers and referral partners
• Build relationships with realtors, insurance agents, and community partners
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance and ROI to ownership on a regular basis
• Coordinate closely with our sales, estimating, and production teams to align marketing with actual job flow
• Manage marketing budget, vendors, and any outsourced support (photographers, designers, etc.)
• Explore and test new channels and tactics to improve lead quality and cost per lead

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in home services, construction, restoration, or a similar lead-generation-focused industry
• Proven ability to generate leads through digital channels (Google Ads, Meta ads, SEO, or review management)
• Strong content creation skills (writing, basic photo/video editing, or working with contractors/creatives)
• Comfortable with analytics and reporting — you can show what’s working and why
• Self-starter who can operate independently and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales and operations teams

Nice to have:

• Direct experience in roofing, storm restoration, or insurance claims marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar
• Experience managing marketing for multiple service lines or locations
• Base salary: $75,000 – $110,000 depending on experience
