Position Summary
As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the leasing and marketing teams by creating engaging content, conducting market research, and assisting with promotional campaigns for residential and commercial properties. This internship provides hands-on experience in real estate marketing, tenant engagement, and digital strategy. You'll gain exposure to the full leasing cycle while learning how marketing drives property visibility and tenant acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing and distributing marketing materials for property listings (flyers, social media posts, email campaigns).
- Social media
- Editing and filming videos/reels/tiktoks/etc.
- Brand and voice identity
- Knowledge on Facebook ads / google ads is a plus but not required
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends in rental rates, occupancy, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with property management and leasing teams on promotional initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and assist in reporting marketing metrics
- Comfortable with feedback, review and changing campaigns based on insights
- Attend team meetings and shadow senior marketing and leasing professionals to learn best practices.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive tenant and property information with discretion.
- Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and team members.
- Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Initiative: Show eagerness to learn and take on new tasks with minimal supervision.
- Reliability: Be punctual, meet deadlines, and follow through on commitments.
- Adaptability: Be open to feedback and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Currently enrolled in a college program (preferably in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field).
- Strong interest in marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with social media platforms and CRM tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, email campaigns) preferred.
- Ability to work part-time (15-20 hours/week) during the semester.
