Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the philanthropic engine behind a thriving school mission.

Founded in 1975 and unified as a single school system in 2017, CUES brings together three urban elementary schools in East Omaha — All Saints, Holy Name, and Sacred Heart — serving PreK through 8th‑grade students and their families. CUES pairs rigorous academics with the wraparound supports that make learning possible: tutoring and special‑needs services, social‑emotional learning, behavioral and mental health support, and family case management.

By removing barriers inside and outside the classroom, CUES helps students grow in confidence and belonging, strengthens family life, and makes each school a welcoming anchor for its neighborhood. This is where potential meets opportunity — and the CUES Fund makes it possible, fully funding the school system through private philanthropy.

The CUES Fund seeks an entrepreneurial, mission‑driven Executive Director to guide its next phase of growth. Building on a strong foundation and a healthy, high‑performing team, you will partner with the Board to deepen our philanthropic base and expand our capacity to serve students and families.
