Development Coordinator Job Description

Position Title: Development Coordinator

Reports To: Executive Director

Organizational Overview

For more than 25 years, Collective for Hope (CFH) has provided grief support services in the Omaha Metro Area. We offer a range of FREE peer‑led and age‑appropriate grief‑related programming, including support groups (multi‑week cohorts and drop‑in), youth activities/camps, and remembrance events, as well as a variety of community outreach and educational offerings. We will also launch a new short‑term clinical grief counseling program in fall of 2026.

We endeavor to help individuals and families process and work through their grief, develop new tools for coping, and find connections within a community of peers. On a collective level, we work collaboratively to create a more grief‑affirming and resilient community. To allow for further programmatic growth, CFH will open Omaha’s first dedicated Grief Support Center in September 2026, located at 8000 Chicago Street.
