The Grants Director position will oversee and coordinate all grant development activities within the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands development department. The Grants Director is a critical link to securing revenue growth for Club sustainability through funding opportunities with foundations, corporations, and public funders. The role is responsible for managing the full grant lifecycle—from prospect research and proposal development to compliance and final reporting— all while ensuring compelling narratives, accurate data reporting, and timely submissions.

Salary starting at $68,000 with additional compensation considered based on experience.
