Open Door Mission's Men's Ministry is seeking an Assistant Director to lead day-to-day operations, oversee staff, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment on the Omaha Campus. The role supports guests in crisis and coordinates with leadership on program delivery and facility needs.
This position requires a Bible-based approach, strong organizational and supervisory skills, and a commitment to church involvement. Bachelor's degree in human services is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
