• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (Night Shift RN)
• Hours per Week: 36 hours per week, with the possibility to work up to 48 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,020 - $2,130

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Minimum 1 year bedside clinical experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Experience in LTAC, acute care, telemetry, or similar complex-care settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care-planning skills for long-term acute patients

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission to develop individualized RN care plans
• Provide direct patient care for medically complex and long-term acute patients using the nursing process
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to set care goals and patient education plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and discharge planning beginning on admission
• Communicate significant changes in patient status to providers and care team members to ensure continuity and safety
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees
• Promote a safe clinical environment, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and contribute to quality improvement
• Assume charge RN responsibilities as needed after orientation and demonstrate leadership on night shift
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain clinical competency
