Days/Nights available: 3x12hrs (GT-36hrs)

Pay Range: $42-$47/hr.

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and documentation.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient health status and report findings to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards and facility protocols.
• Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and communication purposes.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and standards related to patient care.
