Hospice Quality Assessment​/Performance Improvement; QAPI Nurse

St. Joseph Villa Homecare and Hospice is a premier Hospice and Palliative Care company in Omaha, Nebraska, offering a QAPI Nurse position. The role focuses on quality assurance and performance improvement within hospice care.

• Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance
• Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines
• Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data
• Maintain quality data and reports
• Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results
• Collaborate with the Compliance Team to identify performance improvement issues and staff educational needs

• Experience in Hospice required
• Must have attention to detail resulting in accurate outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
• Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
