We are seeking an experienced and compassionate locum Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our family practice worksite health clinic on the north side of Omaha. This is a long-term leave coverage opportunity and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive clinical environment while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule:
  • Monday – Off
  • Tuesday and Thursday – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday and Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In this position, you will apply your clinical expertise to deliver integrated primary, acute, and occupational care, while partnering with a collaborative team that values communication and connection. GENERAL

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Performs general medical care including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-ups, consultations and education.
  • Provides Health Coaching and Education as an integral part of all patient care.
  • Follows patient progress and makes changes in treatment as necessary.
  • Orders and interprets laboratory studies/examinations to determine treatment, orders medication and other forms of treatment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be a Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Asst. in the state of Nebraska (Iowa also preferred)
  • 2+ years of clinical practice in a primary care setting preferable
