LPN Weekend Program - Omaha Acute Rehabilitation

Acute Rehabilitation – Comprehensive physical and medical rehabilitation program serving patients with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, cancer, cardiac and other neurological issues.

• Delivers direct patient care, administers prescribed medication and treatments to patient.
• Compiles, compares and records patient care information.
• Contributes to the assessment of patient condition and communicates any changes.
• Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members.
• Collaborates with clinical services team to deliver excellent patient care.
• Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patients.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenging situations.
• Desire to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families.

• Active LPN license in state of Nebraska.
• CPR certification.
• Clinical experience preferred.
