Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Nebraska
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
  • Certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a focus on promoting patient dignity and well‑being
