Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

• Develops and maintains nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice in accordance with nursing policies and procedures.
• Assesses each resident’s needs and assists in development of a treatment plan for nursing care to meet daily treatment and care needs.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team and works cooperatively with team members to ensure coordination of care and treatment for residents.
• Ensures nursing personnel provide treatments, medications, diets, rehabilitative nursing care, activities of daily living, protective service, and training in self‑care as stated in the care plan to ascertain optimum comfort and care.
• Train nursing staff in the proper provision of direct care to residents.
• Lead others through actions consistent with and serve our culture.

• Current RN or LVN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of long‑term care experience preferred.
• Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Capable of organizing tasks and managing multiple priorities.
