** Provide early and appropriate assessment, placement, and post care management for patients requiring access via a peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC).

* Required Qualifications:
*
* • Minimum of two years experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting required.
• Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills required.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility required.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required. Basic Life Support certification required.

* Preferred Qualifications:

* • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred.
• Prior PICC experience preferred.
• High level skills in critical thinking and assessment related to vascular access device selection preferred.
