Charge Nurse (RN or LPN)!

• M-F (EOW) 6p-6a
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6p-6a)
• Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN

• Supervise and support nursing assistants and medication aides
• Assess, plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care for skilled nursing and long-term care residents
• Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary team and physicians
• Provide resident and family education as needed
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and facility policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and care records

• Current RN or LPN license in Nebraska (or compact license recognized by Nebraska)
• CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within the first month of employment
  
  Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
