Home Health Nurse (LPN)
Brookestone Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team. If you are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care and want to make a meaningful difference, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.

Position Highlights:- Provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, and care teams
- Work in a supportive, team-focused environment
- Active LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, professional, and dependable
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required
- Vacation and sick time
- 401(k) match starting at 3%
