Registered Nurse
This position requires a registered nurse to work in a mixed acuity unit caring for medical surgical patients. The nurse must be prepared to care for up to six medical-surgical patients. The patient population includes strokes, aneurysms, seizures, spinal fusions, brain and spinal cord tumors, and other neurological conditions. The nursing ratios are 1:5 days and 1:6 nights, with the rare possibility of 1:7 pdown ratios are 1:3-4 for both days and nights.
RNs will work alongside care techs, transport team members, and may encounter various patient care scenarios. Commitment to a nicotine-free workplace is required. Weekend shifts will consist of four shifts out of eight possible in a four-week period. Travelers must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays. RTO requests are limited and must be submitted with the application.
This role requires a team-oriented approach, and the nurse will float as necessary to meet patient care needs.
Minimum 2 years in a large, urban hospital. Active RN license required.
Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS. Must-have:
Epic charting experience, 2 years of experience in a medical surgical or telemetry environment, ability to float within scope to meet facility needs.

07/27/2026. End Date: 10/26/2026. Duration: 13 or 26 weeks. Shift: Night. Hours per Shift: 12.
Weekly Pay: $2875 - $3026.
