Registered Nurse

This position involves providing care to patients requiring a level of care between intensive care units and progressive care units. The unit consists of 12 beds and offers a collaborative care environment. Patients may include those with traumas, post-surgery cases, transplants, lung disorders, and those on ventilators. Nurse-to-patient ratios on days and nights are 1:3-4. Travelers must be prepared to float frequently to meet staffing needs.

RNs will work with care teams that include CNAs, care techs, and transport teams. The facility is nicotine-free, and there are specific weekend and holiday requirements. Up to two weeks of requested time off (RTO) can be submitted with the application. Travelers are required to work two-thirds of major holidays. All applicants must have prior experience with cardiac drips and managing ventilated patients.
