Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our teams across the Omaha metro area.

What You'll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide hands-on care and support that helps residents maintain dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.
You will:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and toileting.

Provide thoughtful, respectful support based on each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Help residents feel comfortable, safe, and connected throughout their day.

Observe changes in resident condition and communicate concerns promptly to the nursing team.

Assist with meals, hydration, mobility, transfers, and other daily care needs.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Follow resident care plans, infection-control practices, and Hillcrest policies and procedures.

Work closely with nurses and the broader care team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for CNAs who bring compassion, reliability, and a heart for serving older adults.

Ideal candidates will have:

An active Nebraska CNA license or the ability to transfer an active Iowa CNA license.

Direct patient care, senior living, healthcare, or caregiving experience preferred, but not required.

A compassionate, respectful, and responsible approach to resident care.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying attentive to resident needs.

Physical & Other Requirements

Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.

Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, walking, and movement as needed.

Must be flexible, calm, and professional in changing or stressful situations.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
