Job Description:

Join this specialized Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) as a CVPICU Registered Nurse, providing critical care in a setting that often involves complex cardiac cases. You will work 12-hour night shifts, offering hands‑on support for post‑op open hearts, single ventricles, and other complex cardiac conditions, including heart transplants and heart failure. Floating to the Cardiac ICU may be required, so adaptability is key.

Expect to monitor invasive cardiac parameters like CVP, ART, and RA, while gaining exposure to advanced procedures such as ECMO and CRRT. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to handle a diverse case load in a dedicated, fast‑paced ICU environment that demands both technical skill and resilience.
