Supervisor Clinical Nursing​/NICU​/Nights

Schedule: 7pm-7am with patterned weekends - 36hrs

Are you a skilled and compassionate clinician who thrives in both leadership and hands‑on care? We’re seeking a NICU Inpatient Clinical Supervisor who is ready to make a difference both at the bedside and in shaping a high‑performing team.

• Provide direct, hands‑on patient care
  , ensuring safe, high‑quality treatment while leading by example.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations
  , helping the unit run smoothly and efficiently.
• Support and guide clinical staff
  , holding team members accountable to the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Interpret and communicate policies and procedures clearly to staff, patients, and families.
• Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and safety
  , promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all.

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in nursing – Required

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, including one year experience in pediatric nursing – Required
• Previous supervisory or lead experience – Preferred

• Must be able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, without loss of efficiency or composure, and be able to perform under stressful conditions when confronted with multiple requests, demonstrating prioritizing skills.

• RN – Registered Nurse – State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure, Current and valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license – Upon Hire Required
• BCLS – Basic Life Support – Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association – Upon Hire Required
• PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support – Current and valid certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 180 Days – Required
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support – Current and valid Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 Days – Required
• NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation – Current and valid certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) – Upon Hire Required
