Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands‑on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won’t be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long‑term success. Every day, you’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual.

You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for. To succeed in this role, you’ll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence‑based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team‑first mindset, you’ll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career.

We are offering up to $15000 Sign On Bonus and up to $10000 in student loan repayment assistance to new hires who meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Evidence‑based Practice (EBP) and Patient Care:
    Builds skills to utilize current evidence based practice knowledge, the nursing process, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan and care continuum.
  • Interprofessional Collaboration and Communication:
    Learns to collaborate and communicate with the interprofessional team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Leadership:
    Develops accountability for own practice, delegated care, and the coordination of care delivery. Behaves in a manner that supports colleagues, and maintains respect, trust and dignity.
  • Professionalism:
    Acquires and maintains knowledge in nursing practice and assumes responsibility for the professional development of self.

Job Requirements Required
  • Associate of Science Nursing and 0-12 months of professional nursing (RN) experience, upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
Preferred
  • Bachelor of Science Nursing, upon hire
