Why Think Quick?

At Think, we’re building something different. Our Quick Care clinics are designed for efficient, high-quality patient care—without the chaos and burnout often found in traditional urgent care settings.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, provider-supported environment where your clinical judgment is trusted, your time is respected, and your work directly impacts patient access and experience.

What You’ll Do

As an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA), you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care setting, including:

  • Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of acute conditions
  • Perform focused physical exams and order/interpreting diagnostics
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans with support from collaborating physicians as needed
  • Prescribe medications and administer treatments (including injections/immunizations)
  • Provide patient education on treatment plans, prevention, and overall wellness
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality outcomes
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for providers who are confident, adaptable, and team-oriented—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes ownership of patient care.

Required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) (unrestricted license)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (urgent care strongly preferred)
  • Strong clinical decision-making and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
What Sets You Apart
  • Urgent care, ER, or fast-paced outpatient experience
  • Ability to balance efficiency with high-quality, compassionate care
  • Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to support clinic operations
What You Can Expect
  • Supportive, collaborative physician and leadership team
  • Streamlined workflows and strong operational support
  • A culture focused on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • The opportunity to make a real impact on patient access and care delivery in Omaha
Our Core Values
  • Strive to continuously improve
  • Value diversity of talent, experience, and perspective
  • Contribute to something bigger than ourselves
  • Promote integrity, belonging, and collaboration

If you’re looking for a role where you can practice at the top of your license, be part of a strong team, and make a meaningful difference—this is it.
