The VIOS Clinic in Omaha is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a stepdown unit. You will deliver patient-centered care during 12-hour night shifts, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize recovery.
Ideal candidates hold RN licensure with ACLS/BLS/CPR, NIH Stroke, PALS, Pharmacology A certifications and 1–2 years of relevant experience. You must adhere to safety protocols and document thoroughly.
