Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
