Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN – Med Surg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high‑quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting.
- Monitor and manage patient drips for medications such as Nitro, Heparin, and Insulin.
- Utilize EPIC charting system to document patient information and care.
- Float within the hospital to various units as needed, including sister campuses.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs and facility goals.
- Adhere to facility guidelines including the policy of a 100% nicotine‑free environment.
- Current RN license or ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
- Experience and proficiency with EPIC charting system are required.
- Proficiency in managing cardiac drips and interpreting dysrhythmias.
- Ability to work holidays and weekends as dictated by staffing needs.
