• Unit: 20‑bed Med Surg/Telemetry with Ortho & Behavioral Health patients
• Ratios:
  Days 1:5 | Nights 1:6 (occasionally 1:7)
• Must Be Comfortable:
  Behavioral health, dementia, detox, violent patient population (training provided)
• Float:
  Frequent float to multiple Med Surg/Tele units, including Bellevue campus
• Weekend: 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
• Holiday:
  Must work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Travel Requirement:
  No locals within 100 miles
• Scrubs:
  Mandatory Nebraska Medicine gray scrubs
