Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN to join our team as a Hospice Nurse - RN - 7D on/7D off. This full-time role delivers end-of-life care at patients’ homes, long-term care communities, assisted living residences, or hospitals, with a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule and on-call from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
Required:
active RN license, a minimum of two years’ clinical nursing experience, CPR certification, and the ability to provide care in home and facility settings.
