Travel Nurse - RN - Stepdown Unit

Role

Travel Stepdown RN providing specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to general inpatient units.

Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, ensure patient safety, document assessments, respond to emergencies, educate patients on cardiac health, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain safety protocols.

Minimum one year recent experience as a Stepdown RN, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, critical thinking, strong communication, physical stamina, and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in technical skills and adherence to regulatory standards are essential.
