Travel Nurse - RN - Medical Surgical​/Telemetry

Role

Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment.

• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in med‑surg and telemetry units.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor cardiac data.
• Administer medications and prepare patients for procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document care, and advocate for patients.
• Facilitate discharge planning, ensure infection control, prioritize patient needs, and follow safety protocols.

• At least one year of recent Med‑Surg/Telemetry RN experience.
• Valid RN license and current BLS certification.
• Preferred certifications: NIHSS and ACLS.
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical dexterity, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, technical, and sensory skills.

• Explain procedures and administer treatments.
• Conduct assessments and document patient information.
